We do not issue refunds on salon services or products. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. We require that you return to the salon so the hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with a stylist who performed the initial service.
Your appointments are very important to Beauty Mark Salon. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Beauty Mark Salon
No Show/No Call
If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule and do not show up to your scheduled day and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Beauty Mark Salon
Here at Beauty Mark salon, we have a 10 to 15 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please text to let us know. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment and he will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Beauty Mark Salon.
Credit Card Required
We do not initially require a credit card to be on file to schedule an appointment with Beauty Mark. However, due to our policies, we will require an active credit card on file in order to reserve future appointments due to lack of respect of salon policies. Beauty Mark reserves the right to and will charge credit card on file for 50-100% of scheduled services
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation test message with the details on your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrival, a missed/cancelled appointment, and/or cancellation fee.
No Additional Guest, Children, or Animals
For the safety or comfort of our guest and sanitation of our salon, Beauty Mark does not allow children, animals, or additional guest without an appointment at the salon.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Do to liabilities, we do not apply or correct personal hair extensions that were not originally purchased from us. We require a full deposit before we can order extensions.
